I am curious about what moves people to expand. I view relationships as vehicles for learning. I am nourished by visceral change. I revel in the experience of timelessness. I believe nature and community inspire radiance. I think our smallest actions have phenomenal potential. I take great pleasure in articulating the gifts of others. I encourage mastery of every day tasks and life long passions.

Jessica Sieber Grasso is the co-founder of Women's Reclamation. Over the past two decades, Jess has worked in the outdoors with people committed to positive change. She has primarily spent her time and energy contributing to change-making organizations that require a commitment to integrity and purpose in both the professional and personal realms. She is currently preparing to launch her new business, Following Nature’s Lead, which will offer both in-person and online programs centered around relationship building with nature, self, as a parent, and in the context of consciousness and leadership as an individual.

Jess facilitates Mama Reset Circles weekly for mothers of babies under 12 months at Move Sanctuary in Ojai where she is also the Managing Director. Previously, her most dedicated position was that of Program Director and Lead Mentor at Wilderness Youth Project, where she thrived for a decade. Jess also spent eight years as a Lead Facilitator of Rites of Passage programs at The Ojai Foundation and is a qualified Council facilitator. She holds two Yoga Instructor Certifications and has been trained as a Wilderness First Responder. Jess has been mentored in the field of personal coaching with an emphasis on nature connection. She has engaged in an apprenticeship focused on the intersection of consciousness and spirituality, and mentored as a parent consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Multicultural Education and a Master's Degree in Human Development.

The heart of Jess' work lies in supporting transformative, nature-based experiences to fuel a drive for ongoing, impactful, personal and social change. Jess is continually amazed by nature's ability to instigate self-reflection and growth when intentional time is spent outdoors. She is dedicated to light-hearted and loving leadership as a catalyst for self-actualization and change. Jess lives in the mountains of Ojai with her husband and son.

"Jess' gentle, tender way is beautiful to witness. She is a clear-eyed teacher, truth speaker, and sage. And she does it all with such lightness and humor, all you want is more. "
